MEET AMBER
Life wasn’t always clear-cut for me. Like many, I faced moments of doubt, setbacks that felt insurmountable, and a constant search for purpose. But through every challenge, I discovered a truth—growth happens in the moments we least expect. My journey to becoming a life coach and speaker wasn’t about finding an easy path; it was about learning how to navigate the hard ones with resilience, intention, and strategy.
I know what it feels like to want more—more fulfillment, more clarity, more impact. That’s why I do what I do. My purpose is to help individuals, entrepreneurs, and leaders step into their full potential, break past self-imposed limitations, and create a life that aligns with their vision.
I turned my pain into passion
I ALWAYS BELIEVED IN MYSELF
I have been through some of the darkest nights, crying myself to sleep, enduring pain in solitude, and picking up the shattered pieces of my heart to keep going. No one saw the struggles that shaped me; they only see the person I am today, vibrating at my highest frequency because I believed in myself.
I AM NOT ABOUT
Sweeping things under the rug or lying to you. I also don’t beat around the bush, I give it you like it is.
At a young age, I struggled with understanding why I was put on this earth to experience so much pain. For a long time, I didn’t want to be here. I thought life wasn’t for me and often questioned ending it all. Every night I cried myself to sleep, asking for a sign.
It wasn’t until 2015, when I had my son at 19, that it all clicked for me. I wanted to give him a life I never had. The impact I wanted to make on the world started with my healing process, and it took many years before I started to feel some clarity.
I HAD TO FACE MYSELF
THE AWAKENING WAS REAL
On October 31st, 2020, my mother lost her life in a murder-suicide committed by my father. This was a huge turning point in my personal journey and allowed me to walk in my truth and be free. That's when I finally told the world the truth: my father had abused all of us our entire lives. He stole 27 years from my mother, trapping, abusing, and then taking her life.
I kept my life a secret because of the fear of shame. Once I let go of what was holding me back from vibrating at my highest, I didn’t stop buzzing. I’ve learned that people who emit the highest energy often have endured the most challenges.
“If you aren’t walking in your truth, you are drowning”

FINDING MY PURPOSE
You may now see me as confident and magnetic, but my journey shaped this version of me. At 28, I’ve learned so much: I’m a life coach, podcast host, model, board director for two non-profits, mom, wife, and artist. Age doesn’t matter; you find your passion and happiness when you walk in your truth.
I’ve always wanted to help people and make a difference. I never want to see anyone suffer the way I have.
With time, I learned to believe in myself and embrace my journey. Now, I know that I have the power to create a life filled with happiness, love, and success..

My Coaching Philosophy
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. Every person has a unique story, strengths, and challenges. My coaching approach is built around:
Clarity & Alignment – Helping you define what success truly looks like for you.
Strategic Action – Breaking goals down into tangible steps that create real results.
Mindset Mastery – Overcoming fear, self-doubt, and limiting beliefs that keep you stuck.
Authenticity & Impact – Building a life and career that reflects who you really are.
Whether through one-on-one coaching, speaking engagements, or mentorship, my goal is to challenge you, empower you, and equip you with the tools to shift from where you are to where you want to be.
TUNE IN
I created Summerz Truthz to bring awareness and to share my first-hand experiences with trauma from childhood to adulthood. I’ll dive deep into my story and the effects of trauma. I'll talk about what moving forward has looked like for me and what being a SURVIVOR means.
Being a survivor and an advocate of Domestic Violence, Child Abuse, & Sexual Assault, I believe it's beyond important for individuals who have faced trauma to have support. My purpose is for survivors to know they aren't broken; they are building. I have faced some of the toughest hurdles in life and experienced things no one should ever. Through those experiences, they have taught me some of the most important life lessons. I want to share those first-hand experiences with the world.
