I created my podcast to create awareness and to share my first-hand experiences with trauma from childhood to adulthood. I’ll dive deep into my story and the effects of trauma. I'll talk about what moving forward has looked like for me and what being a SURVIVOR means.

Being a survivor and an advocate of Domestic Violence, Child Abuse & Sexual Assault, I believe it's beyond important for individuals who have faced trauma to have support. My purpose is for survivors to know they aren't broken, they are building. I have faced some of the toughest hurdles in life and experienced things no one should ever. Through those experiences, they have taught me some of the most important life lessons. I want to share those first-hand experiences with the world.
